Love: Barefoot SOS Face & Body Rescue Cream

This past month or so it has been all about going Barefoot. Like myself my two year old daughter suffers with eczema. It's not particularly severe however definitely does irritate her; especially on her face and back. After working our way though several clean lotions and potions I remembered this cream which I had used on myself a few years ago - and we love it!

Designed specifically with dry, sensitive and problem skins in mind, Face and Body Rescue Cream is a rich and nourishing cream that combines soothing botanical extracts such as chickweed and burdock with deeply moisturising Macadamia and Evening primrose oils to hydrate and ease irritated and dry skins. The amino acids from Purslane extract soften dry skin whilst the blend of Chamomile and Neroli essential oils provide a calming aroma.

The multi-award winning cream can not only help control patches of eczema and psoriasis, it can also soothe sun-damged and chapped skin, add moisture to those pesky dry bits such as knees, heels and elbows but it can help sooth allergic flare-ups and support in the withdrawal of steroid creams.

Although Face and Body Rescue Cream hasn't rid us of eczema, it certainly has reduced the scale of affected the areas. It has also helped to relieve much of the irritation and itching and it now looks far less red and angry. One happier toddler and one happier mum!

Cruelty free and suitable for vegans, Face and Body Rescue Cream is free from paraffin, paragons, SLS and artificial colours and fragrances.

Available in 25, 50 and 100ml tubes. Prices are around £5.95, £9.70 and £15.70 respectively and are available on line from (amongst others) Naturisimo,  Love Lula and So Organic.
